The Microsoft Surface 3 has a score of 66.3, which is slightly better than the Nokia T20's 66.3 overall score. Microsoft Surface 3 is a noticeably older, just a little thicker and incredibly heavier tablet than Nokia T20. Nokia T20 features a little bit better hardware performance than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with 4 more cores.
Nokia T20 has just a bit better looking screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a little bit lower resolution of 1200 x 2000px and a little smaller display, it also counts with a little bit better quantity of pixels in each inch of display. Nokia T20 counts with a better memory for apps and games than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 512 GB.
Nokia T20 has a camera that is very similar to Microsoft Surface 3's camera, both of them have the same resolution back-facing camera. The Nokia T20 has a superior battery duration than Microsoft Surface 3.
Although Microsoft Surface 3 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Nokia T20, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Nokia T20. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get Nokia T20, and give up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
