The Samsung Galaxy Book 10.6-inch is just a bit better than the Microsoft Surface 3, having a 71.1 score against 66.3. The Samsung Galaxy Book 10.6-inch design is notably newer, but just a little thicker and just a little heavier than the Microsoft Surface 3. The Galaxy Book 10.6-inch has a little sharper display than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1920 x 1280, the Galaxy Book 10.6-inch also counts with a bit better pixel density.
The Galaxy Book 10.6-inch counts with a much bigger storage for apps and games than Microsoft Surface 3, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage, the Galaxy Book 10.6-inch also has a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 256 GB.
