Microsoft Surface 3 is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, getting a global score of 66.3 against 63. Microsoft Surface 3's design is extremely newer and just a little thinner than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE's, but it is just a bit heavier. The Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a little bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, and although they both have a Quad-Core CPU, the Microsoft Surface 3 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
