Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface 3 is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, getting a 66.3 score against 62.5. Microsoft Surface 3's body has the same thickness than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, but it is a little heavier. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE counts with just a bit better screen than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a much worse display pixel density, a little bit smaller display and a lot lower resolution of 800 x 1280.
The Microsoft Surface 3 features a way bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because it has more internal memory capacity. Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a greater performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because it has more cpu cores and 3 GB more RAM.
The Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has a superior battery duration than Microsoft Surface 3. Microsoft Surface 3 features a superior camera than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because it has a back facing camera with a much better resolution and a much better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution.
Although Microsoft Surface 3 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Microsoft Surface 3, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, resigning some features and specs.
