The Microsoft Surface 3 is a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), having a 66.3 score against 65. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and give up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
