Comparison review
Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is a little bit better than the Microsoft Surface 3, with a global score of 68.7 against 66.3. The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch body is somewhat thinner and way lighter than Microsoft Surface 3, despite of the fact that it was released a bit more further than a year before. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a bit sharper display than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a lot lower resolution of 800 x 1280, a way smaller display and a quite worse number of pixels per display inch.
Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a lot bigger storage for applications and games than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a little bit better processing power than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and a lower number of cores, it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit.
Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface 3. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch captures just a bit better photos and videos than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a way worse 1280x720 video quality and a much less mega-pixels resolution back camera.
Despite of being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing here, Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is also a bargain compared to the other ones.
