Comparison review
Microsoft Surface 3 has a general score of 66.3, which is much better than the Galaxy Tab 3 V's score of 58.5. Microsoft Surface 3 is a noticeably heavier but somewhat thinner portable tablet than the Galaxy Tab 3 V. Galaxy Tab 3 V features a little bit better looking display than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a way lower resolution of 1024 x 600, a bit less pixels per inch of display and a really smaller screen.
The Microsoft Surface 3 has a much greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 3 V, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal memory. Microsoft Surface 3 has a faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has a larger amount of RAM and a greater number of cores.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V features a way better battery life than Microsoft Surface 3. The Microsoft Surface 3 shoots much better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has a back facing camera with a way better resolution and a way better video quality.
Although Microsoft Surface 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy Tab 3 V, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Tab 3 V. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy Galaxy Tab 3 V, letting go a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your money.
