Comparison review
Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is slightly better than Microsoft Surface 3, getting a 67.8 score against 66.3. The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 body is just a little thinner and a lot lighter than the Microsoft Surface 3, although it was released a little bit more than a year before. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 features a little more vivid display than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a way lower display pixel density, a lot worse 800 x 1280px resolution and a little bit smaller screen.
The Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, and they both have a Quad-Core CPU, the Microsoft Surface 3 also counts with more RAM.
Microsoft Surface 3 shoots slightly better photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has a much higher 1920x1080 video quality and a much better resolution camera. Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a really longer battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface 3.
