The Microsoft Surface 3 has an overall score of 66.3, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE's 63.5 global score. Microsoft Surface 3's construction is just a bit thicker and a lot heavier than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with a little more vivid display than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a way smaller screen, a bit worse pixels density and a way lower resolution of 800 x 1280px.
The Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a lot bigger storage for apps and games than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a bit superior processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a greater number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE features a really longer battery duration than Microsoft Surface 3. Microsoft Surface 3 costs more money than the Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, but you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
