Galaxy Tab A7 Lite is much better than the Microsoft Surface 3, getting a overall score of 74.2 against 66.3. Galaxy Tab A7 Lite is a newer tablet, and it's also much lighter and a bit thinner than the Microsoft Surface 3. Microsoft Surface 3 has just a bit better screen than Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, because it has a much better resolution of 1920 x 1280px, a just a little better display density and a larger display.
