Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has an overall score of 72.1, which is just a bit better than the Microsoft Surface 3's 66.3 general score. Galaxy Tab S 10.5's design is noticeably thinner and incredibly lighter than Microsoft Surface 3, although it was released only 11 months before. Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features an incredibly better display than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixels density and a better 1600 x 2560 resolution.

The Microsoft Surface 3 features a lot bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a bit faster processor than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and they are faster).

The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a very superior battery performance than Microsoft Surface 3. Galaxy Tab S 10.5 captures much better photos and videos than Microsoft Surface 3. They have the same video frame rate, a same resolution camera in the back and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality.

In addition to being the best tablet in our current comparison, the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is also by far the cheapest, which makes it a no doubt choice.
