Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra is better than the Microsoft Surface 3, having a score of 73.3 against 66.3. The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra body is notably lighter and noticeably thinner than the Microsoft Surface 3. The Microsoft Surface 3 features a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, although it has a just a little less pixels per display inch, a really smaller screen and a lot worse resolution of 1920 x 1280.
Microsoft Surface 3 and Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra have extremely similar memory for applications and games, they have the same internal storage.
