Sony Xperia Tablet Z's body is incredibly lighter and thinner than Microsoft Surface 3, although it was released 2 years before. The Xperia Tablet Z counts with a sharper screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a bit smaller screen and a quite lower resolution of 1200 x 1920, it also counts with a little bit better pixel density.
