Xperia Z4 Tablet has an overall score of 74.7, which is much better than Microsoft Surface 3's global score of 66.3. Xperia Z4 Tablet is a much thinner and a lot lighter portable tablet than Microsoft Surface 3. Xperia Z4 Tablet counts with a better processing power than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a larger number of cores, a 64-bit processing unit and a graphics processor.
The Xperia Z4 Tablet has a way better screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a greater display density and a higher resolution of 1600 x 2560. Microsoft Surface 3 has a lot bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Xperia Z4 Tablet shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface 3, and although they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rate, the Xperia Z4 Tablet also has a back camera with more MP. The Xperia Z4 Tablet features a much longer battery performance than Microsoft Surface 3.
Although Xperia Z4 Tablet is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Microsoft Surface 3, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Microsoft Surface 3.
