Comparison review
Microsoft Surface 3 has an overall score of 66.3, which is better than the Xiaomi pad 5's 57.7 general score. Although it's the best in our current comparison, it must be noted that it is also a incredibly older, heavier and a lot thicker tablet. Microsoft Surface 3 has a slightly better looking screen than Xiaomi pad 5, although it has a bit smaller display, a bit worse amount of pixels per screen inch and a much lower 1920 x 1280 pixels resolution.
The Xiaomi pad 5 has as much memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos as the Microsoft Surface 3, they have the same internal storage. The Microsoft Surface 3 has a much better performing CPU than Xiaomi pad 5, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and lesser processing cores (although they are faster).
The Xiaomi pad 5 captures much better photos and videos than Microsoft Surface 3, because it has a much more mega-pixels camera and a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality. Xiaomi pad 5 features a way better battery life than Microsoft Surface 3.
