Blackview Tab 13 has an overall score of 63.8, which is just a bit better than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro's score of 58.7. The Blackview Tab 13 comes with Android 12 operating system, and Microsoft Surface 9 Pro counts with Windows operating system. The Blackview Tab 13 is a somewhat thinner and extremely lighter tablet than the Microsoft Surface 9 Pro.
Blackview Tab 13 counts with a much better performance than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with more processing cores. Blackview Tab 13 features a bit more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, although it has a just a bit worse pixels amount per screen inch, a way worse 1080 x 1920 resolution and a really smaller display.
