The Microsoft Surface 9 Pro is just a bit better than HP ProPad 600, having a 58.7 score against 58.2. The Microsoft Surface 9 Pro is a notably heavier but a little thinner tablet than HP ProPad 600. Microsoft Surface 9 Pro counts with Windows operating system, while HP ProPad 600 counts with Windows 8.1 operating system.
