The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 is a just a little bit thinner and a lot lighter portable tablet than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro. The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 counts with Windows 8.1 OS, while Microsoft Surface 9 Pro has Windows OS.
