Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Go has an overall score of 66.5, which is slightly better than Alcatel JOY TAB 2's 62.5 score. Microsoft Surface Go is a noticeably older and much heavier device than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, but Microsoft managed to build it a little thinner anyway. Microsoft Surface Go counts with Windows 10 OS, while Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has Android 10 OS.
The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has a bit superior processor than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with 2 more processing cores. Microsoft Surface Go has a bit more vivid display than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, because it has a larger screen, a much higher resolution of 1800 x 1200 and a just a bit greater pixels amount in each inch of display.
Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has a slightly better camera than Microsoft Surface Go, although it has a lower (Full HD) video definition and a lot worse 5 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera. Microsoft Surface Go has more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has a very superior battery duration than Microsoft Surface Go.
Although Microsoft Surface Go is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Alcatel JOY TAB 2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Alcatel JOY TAB 2. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Microsoft Surface Go, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Alcatel JOY TAB 2, letting go some specifications.
