The Microsoft Surface Go is slightly better than Asus ZenPad Z10, with a overall score of 66.5 against 63.6. The Microsoft Surface Go works with Windows 10 operating system, while Asus ZenPad Z10 works with Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. The Microsoft Surface Go is a newer portable tablet than the Asus ZenPad Z10, although it is just a bit heavier and thicker.
