Microsoft Surface Go has a global score of 66.5, which is just a bit better than the Huawei MediaPad M1's 61.5 score. The Microsoft Surface Go counts with Windows 10 operating system, while Huawei MediaPad M1 works with Android 4.2.2 operating system. Microsoft Surface Go is a newer tablet than Huawei MediaPad M1, but it's much heavier and a little bit thicker.

Microsoft Surface Go features a bit superior CPU than Huawei MediaPad M1, because although it has lesser cores, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory. Huawei MediaPad M1 counts with a more vivid display than Microsoft Surface Go, although it has a way lower 1280 x 800 pixels resolution, a lot smaller display and a little bit inferior pixel count per inch of screen.

The Microsoft Surface Go features a superior memory capacity for games and applications than Huawei MediaPad M1, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. Microsoft Surface Go counts with a slightly better camera than Huawei MediaPad M1, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Microsoft Surface Go also has a lot higher resolution camera in the back.

Huawei MediaPad M1 counts with a way better battery duration than Microsoft Surface Go.

Although Microsoft Surface Go is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Huawei MediaPad M1, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Huawei MediaPad M1. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Microsoft Surface Go, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Huawei MediaPad M1, letting go a couple specs and features.
