Microsoft Surface Go has a score of 66.5, which is much better than the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10's 57.8 score. Microsoft Surface Go's design is a little thicker but lighter than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10. Microsoft Surface Go has Windows 10 OS, and Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 counts with Android 4.4 OS. The Microsoft Surface Go counts with a bit better display than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 1800 x 1200 and a better amount of pixels per inch of display.

The Microsoft Surface Go has a way bigger memory for applications and games than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal memory. Microsoft Surface Go features just a little better performance than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, because although it has lesser cpu cores and doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM.

The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 captures clearer photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface Go, although it has a worse 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a camera in the back with way less megapixels resolution. Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 counts with a really longer battery performance than Microsoft Surface Go.

Although Microsoft Surface Go is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Microsoft Surface Go, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, resigning a couple features and specs.
