Comparison review

The Microsoft Surface Go has a general score of 66.5, which is a little bit better than the Microsoft Surface Pro 2's overall score of 65.1. The Microsoft Surface Go is a newer tablet, and it is also a lot lighter and thinner than Microsoft Surface Pro 2. Both of these devices work with Windows operating system, but Microsoft Surface Go has 10 version while Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has Windows 8.1 Pro version.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has just a bit better looking screen than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has a little less pixels per inch of screen and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920px, it also counts with a little larger display. Microsoft Surface Pro 2 features a superior memory capacity to install applications and games than Microsoft Surface Go, because it has 512 GB internal memory.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 2's CPU is very similar to Microsoft Surface Go's processing unit, both have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount. The Microsoft Surface Go captures much better pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, because it has a much better (Full HD) video resolution.

Microsoft Surface Pro 2 counts with a battery performance that is just as good as the Microsoft Surface Go one.

Although Microsoft Surface Go is a better device, it costs more than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Microsoft Surface Pro 2. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Microsoft Surface Go, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Microsoft Surface Pro 2, giving up a couple features and specs.
