The Microsoft Surface Go works with Windows 10 operating system, and Moto Tab G20 has Android 11 operating system. The Microsoft Surface Go body is notably older, incredibly heavier and just a little bit thicker than Moto Tab G20.

Moto Tab G20 counts with a screen that's very similar to Microsoft Surface Go's display, although the Moto Tab G20 has a way smaller screen, a way worse resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels and a little less pixels per inch of display. The Motorola Moto Tab G20 counts with a lot bigger storage to install games and applications than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has only 32 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 2 TB.
