Both of these tablets include Windows OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Book2 has newer 10 S version while Microsoft Surface Go has Windows 10. The Samsung Galaxy Book2 body is notably heavier but a bit thinner than the Microsoft Surface Go, and both were only released with a few months difference.

Galaxy Book2 counts with just a bit better looking display than Microsoft Surface Go, and although they both have the same number of pixels in each inch of screen, the Galaxy Book2 also has a better resolution of 2160 x 1440 pixels and a bigger display. The Galaxy Book2 features a much better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Go, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Galaxy Book2 also has an external memory card slot that admits up to 512 GB.

The Samsung Galaxy Book2 counts with a faster CPU than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has 4 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and faster). Samsung Galaxy Book2 features a greater camera than Microsoft Surface Go, and although they both have the same resolution back-facing camera, the Samsung Galaxy Book2 also has a lot better (4K) video quality.
