Microsoft Surface Go comes with Windows 10 operating system, while Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has Android 4.0.4 operating system.

Microsoft Surface Go has a superior processing unit than Galaxy Tab 10.1. Both of them have 2 cores. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a little more vivid display than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has a way worse resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels and a lot lower pixels quantity per inch in the screen, it also counts with a little bit bigger display.
