Microsoft Surface Go is a notably newer tablet device than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, although it's just a bit heavier and just a little thicker. The Microsoft Surface Go comes with Windows 10 OS, and Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has Android 4.2 OS.

Microsoft Surface Go has a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface Go also has 7 GB more RAM memory. Microsoft Surface Go has a little bit better display than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way better 1800 x 1200 resolution and a greater pixels density.
