Microsoft Surface Go has a global score of 66.5, which is much better than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids's 57.5 general score. The Microsoft Surface Go construction is a lot newer and thinner than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids's, although it's heavier. The Microsoft Surface Go counts with Windows 10 operating system, while GALAXY Tab 3 Kids comes with Android 4.1 operating system.
The Microsoft Surface Go has a bit better processing unit than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface Go also has more RAM. The GALAXY Tab 3 Kids counts with a bit more vivid display than Microsoft Surface Go, although it has a little bit inferior pixel number per screen inch, a way worse resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels and a lot smaller display.
The Microsoft Surface Go counts with a lot bigger memory to install games and applications than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal memory. GALAXY Tab 3 Kids counts with a way better battery performance than Microsoft Surface Go.

If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
