Microsoft Surface Go has a general score of 66.5, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V's 58.5 score. Microsoft Surface Go's design is notably heavier but thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V. Microsoft Surface Go counts with Windows 10 operating system, while Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V has Android 4.4 operating system.

Galaxy Tab 3 V features a bit sharper display than Microsoft Surface Go, although it has a lot lower 1024 x 600 resolution, a really smaller screen and a just a little lower display density. Microsoft Surface Go features a way bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Tab 3 V, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.

Microsoft Surface Go features a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has a higher number of cores (and also faster) and a larger amount of RAM memory. Microsoft Surface Go captures better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has a way more megapixels back facing camera and a lot better 1920x1080 video quality.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V has a much longer battery performance than Microsoft Surface Go.

Although Microsoft Surface Go is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy Tab 3 V, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Tab 3 V. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Microsoft Surface Go, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy Tab 3 V, letting go some features and specifications.
