The Microsoft Surface Go counts with Windows 10 operating system, while Galaxy Tab A 9.7 has Android 7.1 Nougat operating system.

Microsoft Surface Go has a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because it has a lot better quantity of pixels per display inch, a lot higher 1800 x 1200 resolution and a little bigger screen.
