The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a global score of 78.5, which is much better than Microsoft Surface Go's 66.5 general score. Despite of the fact the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is notably older and way heavier than Microsoft Surface Go, it's construction is still just a little bit thinner. Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 comes with Android 4.4 operating system, and Microsoft Surface Go has Windows 10 operating system.

The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 features a much better looking screen than Microsoft Surface Go, because it has a higher resolution of 1600 x 2560, a little bit greater screen density and a bigger screen. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 features just a bit better hardware performance than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has 5 GB less RAM, it also counts with a graphics processing unit and a larger number of cores.

Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 captures better photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface Go. Both have the same video frame rate, the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and a back facing camera with an 8 MP. The Microsoft Surface Go has a little bit more storage for games and applications than Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.

The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 features a really longer battery life than Microsoft Surface Go.
