Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a score of 74.3, which is much better than the Microsoft Surface Go's score of 66.5. Despite of the fact that the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is notably older than Microsoft Surface Go, it's design is incredibly thinner and somewhat lighter. Galaxy Tab S 10.5 comes with Android 4.4.2 OS, and Microsoft Surface Go counts with Windows 10 OS.

Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a much more vibrant display than Microsoft Surface Go, because it has a greater quantity of pixels per inch in the screen, a quite bigger display and a better resolution of 1600 x 2560px. Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with 6 more processing cores.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a much better camera than Microsoft Surface Go. Both have the same video frame rates, a camera with an 8 MP and the same video resolution.
