Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is better than Microsoft Surface Go, with a general score of 73.3 against 66.5. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 works with Android 4.4.2 operating system, while Microsoft Surface Go works with Windows 10 operating system. Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is an much older tablet than Microsoft Surface Go, but Samsung managed to make it thinner and much lighter anyway.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 counts with a way better screen than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a much higher display pixels density and a better resolution of 2560 x 1600px. The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 features a bit superior processing unit than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and they are faster).

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 counts with a much better camera than Microsoft Surface Go. They have the same video frame rates, the same resolution camera and the same (Full HD) video quality. Microsoft Surface Go features a much greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory.

Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a way better battery duration than Microsoft Surface Go.
