Galaxy Tab S2 9.7-inch has a global score of 74, which is better than the Microsoft Surface Go's 66.5 overall score. The Galaxy Tab S2 9.7-inch is an extremely older tablet than Microsoft Surface Go, but Samsung managed to build it notably lighter and thinner. The Galaxy Tab S2 9.7-inch has just a bit better display than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch of display and a higher resolution of 1536 x 2048px.
