The Samsung Galaxy TabPro S is much better than the Microsoft Surface Go, getting a 75 score against 66.5. The Samsung Galaxy TabPro S construction is incredibly thinner than Microsoft Surface Go, although it's a lot heavier and was released 3 years before. These devices have Windows OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy TabPro S has a newer 10 Pro version while Microsoft Surface Go has Windows 10, so it provides the user lots of additional features and some performance improvements.

Samsung Galaxy TabPro S counts with a little faster CPU than Microsoft Surface Go, although it has 4 GB less RAM, they both have a Dual-Core processor.
