The Microsoft Surface Go has an overall score of 66.5, which is a little bit better than Sony Vaio Tap 11's global score of 66. Microsoft Surface Go's design is much lighter and thinner than the Sony Vaio Tap 11. These tablets use Windows operating system, but the Microsoft Surface Go has the newer 10 version while Sony Vaio Tap 11 has Windows 8 version, so it gives you a lot of extra features.

The Microsoft Surface Go counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Sony Vaio Tap 11, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface Go also has a larger amount of RAM. The Sony Vaio Tap 11 features a sharper screen than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has a bit worse pixel density and a little worse resolution of 1080 x 1920px, it also counts with a bigger display.

Microsoft Surface Go features a much better camera than Sony Vaio Tap 11. Both of them have a camera in the back with an 8 MP resolution. Sony Vaio Tap 11 and Microsoft Surface Go feature very similar storage capacity to store more apps and games, both of them have equal internal memory capacity. Sony Vaio Tap 11 features a very superior battery performance than Microsoft Surface Go.

Even being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing, the Microsoft Surface Go is also by far the cheapest one, making it very easy to pick between these tablets.
