Comparison review
Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is just a bit better than the Microsoft Surface Pro, getting a global score of 67.9 against 63.2. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 works with Android 4.4 OS, while Microsoft Surface Pro works with Windows 8 Pro OS. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9's design is newer, extremely lighter and extremely thinner than Microsoft Surface Pro.
The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a bit faster CPU than Microsoft Surface Pro, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a greater number of faster cores. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a much more vibrant screen than Microsoft Surface Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way greater quantity of pixels per inch in the screen and a higher 1600 x 2560 resolution.
Microsoft Surface Pro has a much better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9, because it has 128 GB internal memory. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9's battery duration is very similar to the Microsoft Surface Pro one. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a much better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a much better 8 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera and a way better video definition.
Even being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is also cheap compared to the Microsoft Surface Pro.
