The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 is a little bit better than Microsoft Surface Pro, having a 65.2 score against 63.2. Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has Android 13 operating system, while Microsoft Surface Pro counts with Windows 8 Pro operating system.
