Comparison review

Microsoft Surface Pro has a global score of 63.2, which is a little bit better than the HP ProPad 600's 58.2 overall score. Even being the best in this comparison, Microsoft Surface Pro is an older, noticeably thicker and a lot heavier portable tablet than the HP ProPad 600. These devices include Windows OS, but Microsoft Surface Pro has older 8 Pro version while HP ProPad 600 has Windows 8.1 version.

The HP ProPad 600 has a little more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface Pro, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a bit greater screen pixel density and a bit higher 1200 x 1920 resolution. The Microsoft Surface Pro features a bit faster processing unit than HP ProPad 600, because although it has 2 less processing cores , and they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Microsoft Surface Pro also counts with a GPU.

The HP ProPad 600 takes much clearer photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a back camera with a much better resolution. Microsoft Surface Pro counts with a superior storage to store more apps and games than HP ProPad 600, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.

The HP ProPad 600 has a really longer battery duration than Microsoft Surface Pro.

Although Microsoft Surface Pro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than HP ProPad 600, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as HP ProPad 600. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Microsoft Surface Pro, else you can save some money and buy the HP ProPad 600, giving up a couple features and specifications.
