Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro has an overall score of 63.2, which is a little bit better than Huawei MediaPad M1's 61.5 general score. The Microsoft Surface Pro works with Windows 8 Pro OS, while Huawei MediaPad M1 comes with Android 4.2.2 OS. Despite being the best tablet in this comparison review, the Microsoft Surface Pro design is older, a lot thicker and much heavier than Huawei MediaPad M1.
Huawei MediaPad M1 has a little sharper screen than Microsoft Surface Pro, although it has a little lower count of pixels per display inch, a lot worse resolution of 1280 x 800px and a way smaller display. The Microsoft Surface Pro counts with a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than Huawei MediaPad M1, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
The Microsoft Surface Pro counts with a bit better CPU than Huawei MediaPad M1, because although it has a lower number of cores , it also counts with more RAM memory and an extra graphics co-processor. The Huawei MediaPad M1 features a much better battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Pro. The Huawei MediaPad M1 features a superior camera than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a much better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a camera in the back with way more MP.
Although Microsoft Surface Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Huawei MediaPad M1, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Huawei MediaPad M1. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy the Huawei MediaPad M1, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your savings.
