Comparison review

Microsoft Surface Pro is a bit better than the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, having a overall score of 63.2 against 60.4. Microsoft Surface Pro comes with Windows 8 Pro OS, and Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has Android 4.3 OS. Although it's the best tablet we compare here, the Microsoft Surface Pro construction is much heavier and notably thicker than the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0.

Microsoft Surface Pro features a bit better processing power than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because although it has 2 less cpu cores (although faster), it also counts with a better graphics processor working at 650 megahertz and a larger amount of RAM. The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 features a little more vivid display than Microsoft Surface Pro, although it has a little bit worse pixels quantity per inch in the screen, a much smaller screen and a way worse resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels.

Microsoft Surface Pro features a much bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory. Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Pro.

Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 takes a lot better videos and photos than Microsoft Surface Pro, and although they both have the same (HD) video quality, the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 also has a back camera with much more megapixels and faster video frame rate.

Although Microsoft Surface Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, giving up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
