Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is better than Microsoft Surface Pro, with a overall score of 75.1 against 63.2. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is a notably newer tablet, and it's also a lot thinner and lighter than the Microsoft Surface Pro. Both of these devices have Windows operating system, but Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has the previous 10 Pro version and Microsoft Surface Pro has Windows 8 Pro version.

Microsoft Surface Pro features a way better performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit and more cpu cores. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a bit better screen than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a lot higher 1824 x 2736 resolution, a bigger screen and a higher amount of pixels per inch in the display.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 features a much better storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 1000 GB internal memory. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 takes a lot better photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a camera in the back with a lot higher 8 mega-pixels resolution and a much better video definition.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 4's battery duration is very similar to the Microsoft Surface Pro one.
