Comparison review
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is just a bit better than Microsoft Surface Pro, with a overall score of 65 against 63.2. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 body is newer, way lighter and a lot thinner than the Microsoft Surface Pro. Both tablets in this comparison review have Windows OS (Operating System), but Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has an older 8 version and Microsoft Surface Pro has Windows 8 Pro version.
Microsoft Surface Pro has a little sharper display than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because it has a little bigger display, a higher 1080 x 1920 resolution and a higher pixel amount per screen inch. Microsoft Surface Pro counts with just a little better performance than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and although they both have 2 cores, the Microsoft Surface Pro also has an extra graphics co-processor and more RAM.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 takes slightly better videos and photos than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a way higher 5 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera and a lot higher 1920x1080 video resolution. Microsoft Surface Pro has a much bigger memory to store more apps and games than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 features a battery performance that is just as good as the battery lifetime in Microsoft Surface Pro.
