Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is a little bit better than the Microsoft Surface Pro, having a score of 68.6 against 63.2. Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has Android 4.2.2 OS, and Microsoft Surface Pro works with Windows 8 Pro OS. Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch's construction is newer, extremely lighter and a lot thinner than the Microsoft Surface Pro.
Microsoft Surface Pro has a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a little bit more pixels per screen inch, a much bigger display and a lot better 1080 x 1920 resolution.
