Comparison review

The Microsoft Surface Pro has an overall score of 63.2, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy Tab A8's 62.6 score. Although it's the best portable tablet in this review, Microsoft Surface Pro is a older, thicker and noticeably heavier portable tablet than the Galaxy Tab A8. The Microsoft Surface Pro counts with Windows 8 Pro OS, and Galaxy Tab A8 works with Android 11 OS.

Microsoft Surface Pro features a sharper display than Galaxy Tab A8, because although it has a little bit worse display pixels density, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, the Microsoft Surface Pro also counts with a little bigger screen. The Galaxy Tab A8 has more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro, although it has 0 less internal memory.

Microsoft Surface Pro features a much more powerful processor than Galaxy Tab A8, because although it has less CPU cores (although faster), it also counts with a GPU and a higher amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 features a much better battery life than Microsoft Surface Pro. Galaxy Tab A8 shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a back-facing camera with much more mega pixels.
