The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has a general score of 73.3, which is better than the Microsoft Surface Pro's global score of 63.2. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has Android 13 OS, while Microsoft Surface Pro works with Windows 8 Pro OS. Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra is a noticeably thinner and notably lighter portable tablet than Microsoft Surface Pro.

The Microsoft Surface Pro has a very superior processor than Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, because although it has a lower number of cores and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a graphics co-processor. Microsoft Surface Pro features a bit better looking display than Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, although it has a lot worse resolution of 1080 x 1920px, a just a bit worse display pixels density and a really smaller display.

The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has as much memory to store more apps and games as the Microsoft Surface Pro one, and although the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has no external memory slot, they both have equal internal memory. Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has a much longer battery duration than Microsoft Surface Pro. The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra shoots much better videos and photos than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a way more MP back-facing camera.
