Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has a score of 61.4, which is slightly better than the Acer Iconia W700's score of 59.6. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 body is newer and lighter than Acer Iconia W700's, although it is just a bit thicker. Both tablets in this review have Windows operating system, but the Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has a more recent 8.1 Pro version and Acer Iconia W700 has Windows 8 Pro, providing some nice extra features.
The Acer Iconia W700 counts with a little bit better performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Acer Iconia W700 also counts with an extra GPU. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 counts with a little bit better looking display than Acer Iconia W700, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have the same 1080 x 1920 resolution, the Microsoft Surface Pro 2 also counts with a just a little more pixels per screen inch.
The Acer Iconia W700 features a much better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, because it has a way better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 counts with a much better memory capacity to store more apps and games than Acer Iconia W700, because it has more internal memory.
