The iPad Air 13-inch (6th Gen) is a little bit better than the Microsoft Surface Pro 2, getting a score of 71.3 against 65.1. IPad Air 13-inch (6th Gen) is a newer device, and it's also noticeably lighter and thinner than Microsoft Surface Pro 2. IPad Air 13-inch (6th Gen) comes with iPadOS 15.x OS, and Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has Windows 8.1 Pro OS.
