Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is a bit better than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, having a 65.1 score against 63.8. Although it's the best tablet in this comparison review, Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is a noticeably older, notably heavier and a lot thicker tablet than Blackview Oscal Pad 15. Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has Windows 8.1 Pro operating system, and Blackview Oscal Pad 15 comes with Android 13 operating system.
The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 features a little better performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Blackview Oscal Pad 15 also has a larger number of 1.6 gigahertz cores. Microsoft Surface Pro 2 counts with a brighter display than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, because it has a way better pixels quantity per inch in the screen, a bit bigger display and a much better resolution of 1080 x 1920.
Microsoft Surface Pro 2 counts with a slightly bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity.
