Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is just a bit better than the OSCAL Pad 15, getting a general score of 65.1 against 64.4. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 works with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, while OSCAL Pad 15 counts with Android 13 OS. Microsoft Surface Pro 2's body is extremely thicker and heavier than the OSCAL Pad 15.
